We are based on the edge of Cahir town, in a private estate with lots of parking. Established in 2019 the centre includes a vast array of classes, workshops, therapies and experienced teachers, mentors, therapists, and a community that supports each other. From a relaxing therapy to a healing circle, visiting doctors, nutritions, and an array of specialists who have years of expertise, you'll find it here. Our centre welcomes all genders and the facilities are disability accessible. Our team will also do house visits where needed. Drop us a line if you have questions.
