Intuitive Coaching and Energy Medicine

Lara is an intuitive mentor and coach, working beyond what the body and mind can explain, Laras unique gift is her ability to work intuitively and find information that the body is storing.  As humans, we nagivate through our lives with stories, beliefs and hurts, we hold emotions and traumas, we often dont breath in a way that allows us to heal. 

The body has the unique ability to heal itself, if the mind would only listen.  

Lara began working with Reiki in 2007 and from there a love of energy medicine, learning and study followed.  The answer to ones healing may not be simple, the combined use of years of learning and working with clients can often find a simple piece of information that may lead to change.  Lara has a deep love for chinese and eastern medicine as well as the tools of the shamanic and ancestoral world.     Hands on and energy medicine healing has been benefiting people for a life time.
