Tuesdays 7pm Yoga for all
Tuesdays 8.15pm Yoga and Pilates online
Wednesdays 10am Over 50s Yogalates (yoga with Pilates) for strength
Thurs 6.45pm Pilates Mat - suitable for beginners or level 2
Thurs 8pm Creative dynamic sequence (experience needed)
Fri 7am Rise and Shine (Mixed ability hatha vinyasa)
Sat 10am Yoga Pilates Fusion, mixed ability

29 Jan 2 hour Rest and Restore with candlelight
