What does a class involve?
Yoga Nidra

Scripted Yoga Meditation, deep rest, also known as Yogic sleep, deeply healing and restorative


Restorative yoga
Deep Rest, pranayama, mudra, mantra, gentle flow and restorative postures during bolsters and props. 
Truely restorative and transforming
