Fusion - Pilates meets yoga and Barre (less), combining the best of these modalities, Lara has created a strength based class that will invigorate you and make you feel alive.
Barre Fitness - a fast moving pilates based class at the ballet barre, including ballet poses, dance and a little yoga, this class is fun, and strengthening (50 mins)
Yoga for All - a class that includes hatha, vinyasa, kytona, embodied and fluid yoga, with instruction for beginners, and those with some experience. Includes pranayama, and intention.
Over 50s - A class created to build strength mobility and mindset for those over 50. Our clients report better flexibility, sleep and motivation.
Mindful Chair and Barre movement for rehabilitation and active retirement - not on the schedule currently, this class combines mindfulness, yoga on a chair and strengthening movement on a ballet barre. Lara does group classes by request outside of the centre where needed.
Pilates Progressive - Pilates flow - flow through pilates sequence, build strength and stamina.
Progressive Sequence - A class that is suitable for those with yoga experience. Flow through asana and build a ladder type flow that grows in strength, a fun and energising class.
Rise and Flow - Early morning yoga with intention, pranayama and embodied connection, suitable for all.
Embodied Yoga - connect a little deeper with the body mind and spirit, spiral through asana, with ease and fluidity, navigating with the breath, suitable for all.
Meditation / Nidra - yoga based - this class takes in pranayama, intention, mudra, sometimes mantra and deep yogic sleep, energising and relaxing, leave feeling like you slept for hours.
Restorative Yoga - 2 hours of slow intentional yoga with the use of bolsters, eye pillows, blankets and props to go deep, release and restore.
Shamanic Drumming / Circle - Delving deep into the use of a drum within a meditation circle / journey to aid release and meditation, often includes other sound vessels.
If you are not sure about any of the above, give us a call, Lara is also available for 1 to 1s, group lessons and event coordination.
WORKSHOPS
Breathwork and Meditation - Fri 15 Sept 7pm
Invite the breath, meet it and go deeper, work with navigating and riding the breath, and then a silent meditation, find the ease in rest and calm in the silence.
Shamanic Journey - Tues 26 Sept 8.15pm
Shamaic Journey - includes breathwork, drumming and sound
Rest and Release Restorative Yoga Workshop - Sun 08 October 7pm
2 hour restorative workshop including bolsters, eye pillows, oils, and a beautiful yoga nidra. A chance to deep release and let go and allow deep relaxation and release to happy.
Queenagers Workshop - Sun 15 Oct 10am
Join Lara for a deep dive to meet the queenager within, connection reflection, movement. Finish the workshop by making your own floral crown thats personal and unique.
