Each one of us has a unique story, background, set of beliefs, and journey so far, my aim is to support you to stepping into change and finding a way of navigating that brings you to a place of flow. Life is never linear, its a journey of discovery and learning, my aim is to support your learning, with compassion and a sense of growth.
I work with individuals, business and children, with a whole lot of needs and differences. I use coaching, energy medicine, breath, shamanic medicine and intuitive healing.
Combining science mysticism and a vast array of training and learning, I aim to support your journey.
I also offer an array of holistic treatments to aid rest and growth.
I am an experienced coach mentor and therapist who has been training and holding space since 2005, examples of my services available below. Some sessions can be done virtually.

Cancellation Policy - 48 hours notice is expected, new clients will need to pay a booking deposit to secure their place, this will be sent at the time of booking.
